It is true to say that homophobism is thankfully uncommen, and yet it is still far too common and accepted way too often. Being gay does not in any way change a person's humanity, so why some people, such as brandon in this case, honestly believe that abuse is the right thing is beyond me.

In my opinion its not exactly right, but at least it isn't getting worse, i think...

i agree but it is more common then you might think i have beaten and mocked spry painted all in school school is truly the most fearful place for me

i am sorry to hear that you ahve such bad experiences, i have kept my own sexuality (bi) reasonably secret, not ahrd seeing as i only reaslied i was bi 4 months ago - just after i left school.
